the staff were very friendly. abdurrahman at reception helped with the room when i arrived. yasin hassan, the housekeeper, cleaned my room carefully and made towel decorations every day. khaled jebir also completed the room needs.

the hotel had a peaceful atmosphere. i think adding climate-controlled lobby-bar would be improve the rest.

there was a wonderful smell upon entering, i noticed a peaceful atmosphere. the chef offered great suggestions and dishes with unique, delicious food because my wife is gluten free. the hotel is very clean and well kept.

I had a really good holiday. the staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us. ahmed cleaned our room and he was very lovely and helpful. i enjoyed the aqua park. It was super (especially with kids!).

the main buffet restaurant gets very busy at mealtimes.

I appreciated the aqua park . It provided many options for both children and adults. The grounds had lots of greenery , including palm trees and flowers. The daily room cleaning was satisfactory , the room was left clean and cozy.

I found the main restaurant often felt crowded. It was difficult to find a table at times. The kids club seemed a bit old, the scent wasn't great , and the hours were limited.

i really like the staff there! mr ahmed fathi and mr salah were respectful. mr hisham abd el shakoor and ahmed gabr provided good service. i thought mr hossam at the italian restaurant was nice.

the gym only had basic equipment.
